Since 1980, Meccanica RC srl has been operating as a precision mechanics workshop in Palazzuolo Sul Senio, specialised in third party machining. Known throughout the province of Florence for the high-quality standards that we provide, our company makes mechanical and complete machinery or automation production line parts, which are assembled according to customer specifications and designs. We also supply all commercial material and necessary systems (pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical).

Machine tools and mechanical supplies

Our company is based in Florence where we have a team of 90 qualified employees working for us, who rely on a fleet of state-of-the-art machinery, which includes 25 numerically controlled machines (machining centres, lathes, grinding tools and wire EDM) which are active 15 hours-a-day. We also have many other traditional machines in our production department.


Our highly-trained workshop staff are constantly monitored to make sure the processing carried out is done as efficiently as possible. Our testing department has 4 full-time employees who carry out both interim and final inspections on the mechanical parts that we produce.

Metal surface finishing treatments

Our precision mechanics workshop delivers completely finished products which include everything that our customer expressively requested during the design phase, such as heat treatments and special finishing.


Production flexibility and continual innovation make Meccanica RC a strong competitor for both for small-medium batches (from 10 to 100 pieces) and larger quantities, from 500 to 2000 pieces. In this way, our company is a valuable and appreciated contact for important automatic machine manufacturers within the industrial and crafts sectors.

We have a vertical automatic storage system - MODULA LIFT ML75 with double external bays measuring: width - 4520, depth - 2600, and height - 8700 with 58 drawers. By next autumn, we will have fitted a new vertical automatic storage system to optimise how we manage work orders.
