Our QUALITY CONTROL / TESTING department comprises of 4 full-time employees who, in addition to final inspections, also carry out interim checks for batch processing.
New and innovative tools
Digital altimeters, profile projectors, profilometers, roughness testers, digital hardness testers for HRC measurements, 3D measuring machines and many other basic tools are needed to carry out thorough inspections. They are also used constantly for inspections that are necessary to ensure high-quality standards.
We also have an air-conditioned metrology lab complete with 3D measuring machines (CMM) from the brand DEA mod. GLOB PERFORMANCE SILVER 09-20-08 measures X900 Y2000 Z800 - indexable HEAD.
