Our precision mechanical workshop at MECCANICA RC is based in Palazzuolo Sul Senio (main office) and Imola (secondary branch).

We operate throughout Tuscany and Emilia Romagna carrying out processing, installing and assembling mechanical components and parts for third parties.

Well-known throughout the province of Florence for the high-quality standards we provide, we are dedicated and work passionately in constructing mechanical parts and complete machinery or automation production line parts. Furthermore, we supply all commercial material as well as pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems.

Preparing materials, CNC milling, CNC turning, grinding, wire EDM, adjustment, assembly, CAD-CAM programming, tool preparation, measuring and monitoring mechanical parts, welding.

Our company is based in Florence where we have a team of 90 qualified employees working for us, along with the latest generation numerically controlled machines (machining centres, lathes, grinding tools and wire EDM) which are active 15 hours-a-day. We also have many other traditional machines in our production department.

Our highly-trained workshop staff are constantly monitored to make sure processing is efficient. Our testing department has 3 employees who carry out both interim and final inspections on the mechanical parts that we produce.

Our company has separate production departments, where we prepare materials and have numerically controlled and traditional lathes and mills, cylindrical and tangential grinding machines, wire EDM, and where we carry out mechanical assembly and polishing, CAD CAM programming and quality control.

At MECCANICA RC, we deliver completely finished products which include everything that our customer expressively requested during the design phase, such as heat treatments and special finishing. Production flexibility and continual innovation are features that make our company stand out from the rest and make Meccanica RC a strong competitor for both for small-medium batches (from 10 to 100 pieces) and larger quantities, from 500 to 2000 pieces.
